Payment and confirmation
- Payment must be made in order for the order to be processed.
- Please verify the accuracy of the delivery address to avoid any problems.
- For Interac e-Transfer payments, the transfer must be completed within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation, otherwise the order may be cancelled, as we do not reserve items.

All our products are final sale and cannot be exchanged. We suggest offering a discount to clear inventory if some items are selling more slowly.
Yes. Soha offers a 6-month warranty against any manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. To benefit from this warranty, the customer must keep the invoice or receipt.
The warranty does not cover:
- The lost jewels
- Normal wear and tear of the plating*
- Materials exposed to chemicals (perfumes, lotions, cleaning products)
- The scratches
- The deformed rings
- Broken chains (unless the problem concerns the attachment)
- The headbands (it is difficult to assess whether the knots or braids have been altered by use)
All warranty-related shipments are sent via Canada Post (standard stamp) and not via express delivery.
Warranty procedure:
- If you do not wish to handle the warranty, the customer can contact us directly at info@boutiquesoha.com with a photo of the product and the invoice.
- If you prefer to handle the request yourself, you can send us the same information by email. We will help you find the best possible solution.
- If the product is no longer available, a credit will be applied to the online store for a future purchase.
All orders are shipped within 1 to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). We do our best to ship orders within 24 to 48 hours, but additional delays may occur during peak periods or promotional periods.
Textile products (excluding scrunchies) may require up to 4 working days in the event of a large production volume.
If your order is urgent, contact us at info@boutiquesoha.com and we will do our best to expedite it. Additional charges may apply depending on the carrier chosen.
- Delivery is free for all retailers, except for addresses in remote areas (a specific rate is established upon agreement).
