Pricing policy

1. Compliance with resale prices

We require all our retailers not to increase our prices when reselling.

For what ?

• Soha is committed to offering quality products at a fair and affordable price. Our prices are based on materials and workmanship, and already reflect the true value of our products. We want to avoid our customers associating our brand with prices that are higher than they actually are.

We therefore ask that you respect the prices indicated on our labels . If you prefer to round prices to the nearest $0.99 , you are welcome to do so. For example, a product priced at $30 could be displayed at $29.99. If our labels are not necessary for your store, please let us know so we can prepare your orders more quickly.

2. Promotions and sales

You are free and independent regarding your sales and promotions. You can:

• Put a product on sale to benefit your customers or free up space for other products
• Create specific promotions (Black Friday, Boxing Day, Mother's Day, etc.)

However, we cannot offer an additional discount on our promotional products, as some items already have reduced margins to maintain quality at an affordable price. Our priority is to preserve quality while maintaining reasonable margins , and we are not open to negotiation during promotional periods.

On our end, we may occasionally offer sales on certain products that you have in store. However:

• It is not possible to request a retroactive price adjustment . The process would become too complex, especially for end-of-line items, limited editions, or special sale items.
• Some sales may be reserved for the official website , if our margins do not allow us to offer you a discount.

A product on sale is not necessarily a less good seller: often it is simply a matter of clearing out a small inventory or certain remaining sizes, as with rings.

3. Compliance with policies

If we find that the established policies are not being followed , we may revoke your access to the B2B platform without prior notice. However, we always prioritize communication: we will contact you first to discuss and clarify the situation before taking any action.
