How the controls work

When you order from Soha, we offer you two flexible options for placing your orders, depending on the time you have available.

Self-directed method (recommended)

  1. Log in to your retailer account .
  2. Create your cart using prices that already include your retail discount . A minimum order of $200 before taxes is required.
  3. Confirm the order by making payment by credit card or Interac e-Transfer, according to our initial agreement.

Assisted ordering (by our team)

We understand that your schedule can be busy. If you wish, we can prepare the order for you according to your budget and needs. Simply tell us:

  • The amount before taxes that you wish to invest
  • The product categories you want

We will create a shopping cart ready for your approval , allowing you to receive your order without any extra effort. Rest assured that we always include our bestsellers and reliable favorites to guarantee your satisfaction. All products are final sale , as you approve the cart before payment.

Payment and validation

If our agreement stipulates payment by Interac e-Transfer , it is important to complete it promptly. Until payment is finalized, the order cannot be processed , which will inevitably delay shipping. A maximum of 48 hours is allowed for payment. After this period, the order will be cancelled, as we do not reserve inventory except with prior agreement.

All orders must be paid for before processing to facilitate logistics and administration. Any changes or exceptions require prior written agreement .

Final sale and warranty

All items ordered from the retail store are final sale . Refunds and exchanges are not possible once products have been shipped. No exceptions to this policy are made. We always do our best to accurately represent the products and accessory colors in our images. If you have any doubts, we can send you additional photos .

Warranty policy for retailers:

  • If a product arrives broken or damaged , you must notify us within 72 working hours .
  • If a customer returns to you with a defective product, they have 6 months from the date of purchase (with proof of purchase) to obtain a replacement, repair or credit .

Delivery and reception

After payment for your order, please allow 1 to 4 business days for shipping. We do our best to ship orders within 24 to 48 hours whenever possible. Some textile items, such as bucket hats, tote bags, and dish towels , may take up to 4 days, as many products are made to order.

Your order will be delivered via an express carrier , usually Canada Post or Purolator .

If you need to receive your order faster, please do not hesitate to contact us: we can inform you if faster shipping is possible.

At reception:

  • All products will already be labeled with the product name and price .
  • Each piece of jewelry will be provided with its individual pouch .
  • If labeling is not required for your shop, please let us know.

To be included in our official list of retailers on boutiquesoha.com , you must have placed an order within the last 6 months . After this period, we may consider your inventory to be depleted or very limited and remove you from the list to avoid unnecessary customer visits.
