Returns/exchanges and promotions

No. Some items may be on sale or discounted to clear out end-of-line stock, remaining sizes, or limited inventory. You are free to adjust your prices accordingly, but no retroactive adjustments are possible on orders already placed. The same policy applies to promotions, as adjusting prices would become too complex to manage.

No, that's not possible. The prices displayed on the B2B platform already include your retail discount, and it's no longer possible to order from our official website.

All our products are final sale and cannot be exchanged. We suggest offering a discount to clear inventory if some items are selling more slowly.

Warranty or manufacturing defect

Each product is carefully checked before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within a maximum of 72 working hours following receipt of your package at info@boutiquesoha.com specifying the problem and attaching photos.
  2. We are committed to finding a suitable solution quickly (replacement, repair or credit).

Yes. Soha offers a 6-month warranty against any manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. To benefit from this warranty, the customer must keep the invoice or receipt.

The warranty does not cover:

  • The lost jewels
  • Normal wear and tear of the plating*
  • Materials exposed to chemicals (perfumes, lotions, cleaning products)
  • The scratches
  • The deformed rings
  • Broken chains (unless the problem concerns the attachment)
  • The headbands (it is difficult to assess whether the knots or braids have been altered by use)

All warranty-related shipments are sent via Canada Post (standard stamp) and not via express delivery.

Warranty procedure:

  • If you do not wish to handle the warranty, the customer can contact us directly at info@boutiquesoha.com with a photo of the product and the invoice.
  • If you prefer to handle the request yourself, you can send us the same information by email. We will help you find the best possible solution.
  • If the product is no longer available, a credit will be applied to the online store for a future purchase.

Delivery

All orders are shipped within 1 to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). We do our best to ship orders within 24 to 48 hours, but additional delays may occur during peak periods or promotional periods.

Textile products (excluding scrunchies) may require up to 4 working days in the event of a large production volume.

If your order is urgent, contact us at info@boutiquesoha.com and we will do our best to expedite it. Additional charges may apply depending on the carrier chosen.

We primarily use Canada Post and Purolator, depending on rates and regions. For remote areas, we prefer Canada Post. If you require a specific carrier, please let us know; additional fees may apply.

  • Delivery is free for all retailers, except for addresses in remote areas (a specific rate is established upon agreement).
  • For all orders reaching a minimum of $200, we offer express delivery at no extra charge.
  • If the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to correct the address.
  • If your order has already been shipped, contact the carrier with your tracking number. We cannot guarantee interception or redirection. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address.

If the carrier does not leave the package at your door, it is your responsibility to pick it up at the designated collection point. If the package is returned to us due to non-claim or an address issue, you will be charged for the shipping costs so that we can reship the order. No refund will be issued. If you no longer want your order or if we do not receive any updates within 30 days of the package being returned, we will apply a credit to your account, and a processing and preparation fee of up to $19.99 will be deducted from the credit.

You have 72 working hours after delivery to notify us of any problems related to your order, otherwise it will be considered compliant.

Products

Our jewelry is made of rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver, stainless steel or vermeil, quality materials that limit tarnishing.

  • They can be worn underwater without any problem.
  • For vermeil rings, we recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, chemicals and water to preserve the gold plating.
