Warranty Policy

At Soha, we firmly believe in the quality of our products and the importance of building a relationship of trust with our customers. That's why we offer a 6-month warranty against any manufacturing defects , starting from the date of purchase. To benefit from the warranty, it is essential that the customer retains the invoice number or receipt .

What the warranty does not cover:

  • The lost jewels
  • Normal wear and tear of the plating*
  • Materials exposed to chemicals (perfumes, lotions, cleaning products)
  • The scratches
  • The deformed rings
  • Broken chains (unless the problem concerns the attachment)
  • The headbands, because it is difficult to assess whether the knots or braids have been altered by use

*Note: The veneer may wear off over time depending on use and contact with certain products.

All shipments related to a product replacement under warranty are shipped via Canada Post (standard stamp) and not via express delivery .

Procedure for claiming the guarantee

Option 1 – Direct Client:

If you do not wish to manage the warranty policy, customers can write to us directly at info@boutiquesoha.com , attaching:

  • A photo of the invoice
  • A photo of the product
  • A description of the situation

Option 2 – Intermediate retailer:

You can also send us the same information by email. We will help you find the best possible solution .

  • If the product is no longer available, a credit will be offered on the online store for a future purchase.
