Ordering procedure

Here is the quick and easy procedure for placing your retail order. To assist you, we have prepared the steps to follow to facilitate your shopping experience on our B2B platform .

STEP 1

Access your retailer area

  • View your B2B pricing , MSRP, and available products.
  • You can also access your order history to track your previous purchases.

STEP 2

Create your basket

  • Add products directly from the collections.
  • Choose your quantities and adjust your basket according to your shop's needs and your budget.
  • You can order several models in small or large quantities . If you are unsure, we recommend testing a few different models.
  • Minimum order amount: $200 before taxes*.


*It will not be possible to order until this amount has been reached.

STEP 3

Payment and confirmation

  • Payment must be made in order for the order to be processed.
  • Please verify the accuracy of the delivery address to avoid any problems.
  • For Interac e-Transfer payments, the transfer must be completed within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation, otherwise the order may be cancelled, as we do not reserve items.
